Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. Who we are

DeckBox ("we", "us") provides an online tool for designing custom 3D-printed Commander deck boxes, digital print files for those designs, and a print-and-post service. Contact: hello@deckbox.uk.

2. Accounts

You need an account to save designs and make purchases. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian's consent. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, infringe others' rights, or attempt to circumvent payment.

3. Your designs and uploaded artwork

You keep ownership of artwork you upload. By uploading, you warrant that you own the artwork or have the rights needed to use it, and you grant DeckBox a non-exclusive licence to store, process, render, and — for print orders — physically manufacture it, solely to provide the service to you.

We may refuse or cancel any print order whose artwork we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights (including copyrighted game art) or is offensive, with a full refund of that order. You are responsible for the content you upload; you agree to cover losses we incur from claims that your upload infringed another's rights.

4. Purchases

Two paid products exist: digital print files (STL) for one design, and a printed, posted box. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. A purchase pins the design exactly as it was at the moment of purchase — later edits create a new purchasable state. Paid digital files can be re-downloaded free from your profile.

5. Digital files licence

Purchased print files are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use: print as many copies as you like for yourself and gifts, but do not resell the files or sell prints of them.

6. Print orders

Printed boxes are made to order to your design and posted to a Great Britain address. Minor cosmetic variation is inherent to 3D printing (layer lines, seam placement, slight colour variation between filament batches) and is not a defect. Cancellation and returns are covered in our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. The design tool is provided "as is" for the free tier.

8. Trademarks

DeckBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering and its guild names are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC. "Commander" deck references describe compatibility only.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders by email or on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
