Where we deliver
Printed boxes are delivered to UK addresses only. Checkout will not accept an address outside the UK, and any order that reaches us with one is refunded in full. Print files are a digital download and can be bought from anywhere.
How long it takes
Every box is printed to order in the colours you chose. Printing takes 7–10 days from the day you order. Once your box is posted, delivery takes up to 7 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
We email you a confirmation and receipt when you order, and again when your parcel is out for delivery — with a tracking link where the service provides one.
What it costs
UK delivery is a flat £3.49 per order, however many boxes are in it. It is added on the checkout page, before you pay.
Problems
If your box hasn't arrived within 10 working days of the out-for-delivery email, or arrives damaged, email deckboxadmin@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase, replace, or refund. See the Refund Policy for returns.
