Refund Policy

Digital print files (£2.99)

Print files are delivered immediately after payment. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives the 14-day cooling-off right for digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a file is corrupt or doesn't match your design, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Printed & posted boxes (£19.99 + shipping)

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your box under distance-selling rules. Email hello@deckbox.uk within 14 days of delivery, then return the box unused within a further 14 days. We refund the item price and standard outbound postage once the return arrives; you pay return postage unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items: if your box arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty, email a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund including all postage — whichever you prefer.

Because each box is custom-made to your design, we can't accept returns for reasons of colour or artwork choice once printing has started, except where faulty. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 working days.
